By downloading, installing, or using HydroFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

HydroFlow is a mobile application designed to help users track their water intake and maintain healthy hydration habits. The app offers both free and Premium subscription features.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

Free Features: Basic water tracking, history, and statistics are available to all users at no cost.

Premium Subscription: Advanced features including real-time drinking tracking and dehydration factor monitoring are available through an auto-renewing subscription.

Subscription details:

• Price: $0.99 per month
• Payment charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in Account Settings after purchase

4. Use of the App

You agree to use HydroFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality

5. Health Disclaimer

Important: HydroFlow is designed for informational and tracking purposes only. It is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The hydration calculations and recommendations provided by the app are estimates and should not replace professional medical advice.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your hydration habits, especially if you have medical conditions or take medications that affect fluid balance.

6. Intellectual Property

HydroFlow and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by the app creator and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HydroFlow and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.

8. Refunds

All subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through your iTunes Account. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
